Enrollment Steps

Choose the state that you are looking for a service in.

Choose the closest location
Choose the closest center to your address

Click on "Enroll"
To start your application, click on Enroll to access the center page, then select "Apply here."

Fill out the Application Form
Fill out the application on the center page. If your child meets the qualifications, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
